Kiran S.Lulla

Kiran Lulla is a Board—Certified Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist, who is also certified in both ECT's and TMS. She received both her M.B.B.S. (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery), as well as her M.D. from one of India's leading universities, the University of Mumbai. After moving to the US, she completed her residency at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (NJ) as well as at the Austin State Hospital (TX). She then completed her fellowship at the Tufts University School of Medicine, and her ECT training at McLean Hospital. She also studied children and adolescents treated with antipsychotic medications and their side effect profile at Massachusetts General Hospital (and Harvard Medical School) with the Schizophrenia Research Program. After this, she received her M.B.A. from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

Dr. Lulla provides both individual therapy and family therapy when working with children, adolescents, and young adults. She has treated anxiety, depression, ADHD and Bipolar disorder in medically-complicated individuals. She emphasizes diet, exercise, collaborative communication between caretakers and sleep hygiene before prescribing medications.
